This manual will take the place of the Teacher Assistance Team forms. The Response to Intervention Manual and forms will be used in keeping track of interventions on students that are in Tier I, Tier II and Tier III. When students are in Tier III and are showing no response to intervention then students are referred for testing from Special Education.
