Staff development is a collaborative endeavor in the Tuba City Schools. The District provides a wide range of staff development opportunities for all employees. We are committed to assisting teachers in:

- Coaching & supporting one another in improving instruction
-Solving problems in the performance of each child
-Assessing & improving student performance
-Staff development days assigned throughout the school year as a district wide participation
-Most credits are accepted for advancement on the salary schedule.
