SUP With The Supt Week 8 - Federal Programs & Business Office: Family & Community Partnerships
Good morning, TCUSD Family,
Next week, I will continue my SUP with the Supt. listening series with Week 8, focusing on Family & Community Partnerships. I’ll be sitting down with our Federal Programs Director and Business Services Director to talk about how we can continue strengthening the connection between TCUSD, our families, and our community.
I want to focus our conversation around three questions:
• How can we strengthen relationships with our families?
• What community partnerships should we be building or strengthening?
• How can we increase trust and communication across TCUSD?
This conversation is bigger than any one department. All of us have a role in building relationships and making sure our families and community feel connected to our schools. As always, I want to hear from you. If you have ideas, concerns, community organizations we should connect with, or opportunities you believe TCUSD should explore, please send them my way.
That is what SUP with the Supt. is all about, listening, learning, and finding ways to get better together. Our schools are stronger when our district, families, and community work together as One Team.
